He slams Bush and his policies, he criticises congress, he's infuriated by the corporate gangsters, and calls to action the American people. His language is blunt and to the point, and a few curses here and there to enliven the dialogue help drive the point home.

I think even if your not a leader you should want to exemplify the above qualities in your own life. You know what they say, "if you don't stand for something you'll fall for anything".
